Preparation:

 

  1. Peel the garlic, chop finely, and briefly fry in the LARU Spring lard.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, drain, and boil down smoothly. Mix the garlic with the tomatoes and season the mix with salt and pepper. 
  3. Cut the baguette into slices and spread them with the tomato paste.
  4. Pair with a fresh salad – the perfect side dish!
