Preparation:

  1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water, blot them dry, and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle the fish cubes with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the zucchini into ½ cm thick slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Pluck the sage leaves.
  3. Stick the fish cubes, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and sage leaves alternately on 4 skewers. Heat the lard in a frying pan and fry the skewers approximately 10 minutes.  
  4. Serve with fresh baguette.

  • 600g salmon fillet
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 sage stalks
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. LARU pork lard 
  • Salt and pepper
