Preparation:
- Rinse the fish fillets under cold water, blot them dry, and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle the fish cubes with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the zucchini into ½ cm thick slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Pluck the sage leaves.
- Stick the fish cubes, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and sage leaves alternately on 4 skewers. Heat the lard in a frying pan and fry the skewers approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh baguette.
