Preparation:

  1. Cut the radishes into thin slices, and cut the chives into rolls.
  2. Cover the slices of bread with LARU Spring lard and top them with the lettuce leaves.
  3. Spread the radish over the slices and sprinkle with the chives and chopped nuts.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • LARU Spring lard
  • Salt and pepper
