Preparation:
- Cut the radishes into thin slices, and cut the chives into rolls.
- Cover the slices of bread with LARU Spring lard and top them with the lettuce leaves.
- Spread the radish over the slices and sprinkle with the chives and chopped nuts.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
- 1 bunch of chives
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- LARU Spring lard
- Salt and pepper
